Parts of Luzon will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.
In its 5 am bulletin on Monday, June 5, PAGASA said these skies will be experienced over the Region of Ilocos, Zambales, and Bataan.
Parts of Mindanao will also experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ). PAGASA said this will be experienced over the Region of SOCCSKSARGEN and the provinces of Maguindanao, and Davao del Sur including Davao City.
Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Southwest will prevail over northern and western section of Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the southeast to southwest with slight to moderate seas.
