In his speech delivered by Undersecretary Marlo Iringan, DILG Secretary Jonvic Remulla congratulated the awardees and urged them to go beyond the citation and continue serving the communities. “May today be both a celebration of your achievements and a renewal of your dedication to your communities,” he said.
