The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) family congratulates DILG-Region IV-A for being the Top 1 performer out of 249 national government agencies in the Report Card Survey Awards of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) with a report percentage of 100.64%.

I also commend DILG-Regions I and VIII for bagging Gold Awards, and the DILG-Central Office and Region XII for being Silver Awardees.

I thank ARTA for recognizing the excellent performance of the Department in complying with the Ease of Doing Business Law, and our efforts in providing efficient, reliable, and customer-centric services.

These awards gauge client satisfaction, service provision, and, overall recognition of service excellence – areas of public service that we commit to perform with fervor on a daily basis.

I laud the men and women of the DILG nationwide for upholding integrity in public service and I urge them to serve with greater zeal as we all do our part in building a strong and progressive Bagong Pilipinas.
