We at the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), National Police Commission (Napolcom), and the Philippine National Police (PNP) extend our deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of former PNP Chief Police General Pancratius Pascua Cascolan (Retired), over his untimely passing last November 24, 2023.

During his long years of service which was capped by his tenure as PNP Chief, Gen. Cascolan had shown exemplary commitment, professionalism, and unquestioned loyalty to our flag and country.

He led the PNP with integrity and dedication, while fully adhering to the police organization’s mission of serving and protecting the people.

Indeed, we cannot thank Gen. Cascolan enough for his great service to the people, and our country.

Sa gitna ng pagdadalamhating ito ng DILG, Napolcom at PNP at ng lahat ng mga nagmamahal sa kanya, ay ang ating pangako na higit pa nating paiigitingin ang paglaban sa kriminalidad, droga at karahasan – mga suliranin ng lipunan na siya ring nilabanan ni dating PNP Chief Gen. Cascolan.
