With two more weeks to go before the deadline on May 15, 2021, local government units (LGUs) in the National Capital Region (NCR) have now distributed a total of P8.41-billion or 75.28 percent of financial assistance or ayuda to qualified low-income beneficiaries, according to the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).
The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) today said that all local government units (LGUs) will conduct simultaneous flag raising ceremonies to celebrate the 500th anniversary of Lapu-lapu’s Victory at Mactan on April 27, 8 AM and urges the public to emulate the heroism of our ancestors by "conquering yet another battle this time against COVID-19."
The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and all local government units (LGUs) are slated to inspect all public buildings, markets, and commercial establishments to check their compliance to Minimum Public Health Standards (MPHS) and use of StaySafe.ph application under the new program called Safety Seal certification.
